He has a proven track record in driving continuous improvement, lean implementation, and delivering significant profitability gains, particularly in the aerospace and automotive industries.
Joerg Schoepp
General Manager
Joerg joined LAI International in February 2024, bringing extensive experience in Operations Management and Mechanical Design, particularly within the Turbine and Defense industries. He has led manufacturing operations for major programs such as the Advanced Patriot Missile System, Hellfire, and APKWS for prime sub-suppliers. Joerg holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Germany and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
