Andy is a seasoned manufacturing operations leader with extensive global experience in multi-site plant management, production control, and supply chain integration. He has a proven track record in driving continuous improvement, lean implementation, and delivering significant profitability gains, particularly in the aerospace and automotive industries.
Joerg Schoepp
General Manager
Joerg joined LAI International in February 2024, bringing extensive experience in Operations Management and Mechanical Design, particularly within the Turbine and Defense industries. He has led manufacturing operations for major programs such as the Advanced Patriot Missile System, Hellfire, and APKWS for prime sub-suppliers. Joerg holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Germany and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
Jeff Roth
Sales / Business Development
Jeff started his career in the CNC Machining industry straight from Trade School in 1979. He founded and operated Chasco Machine & Manufacturing Inc. in 1999. He grew the machine shop to a successful 25 CNC Machine shop. He was introduced to a different industry and joined the Business Development team when Chasco Machine & Manufacturing, Inc. was acquired by a company that was in the world market of contract manufacturing for the manufacturing of PCBA’s, Cables and Wire Harnesses and Electronic Box Builds. Having a strong CNC Machining background along with the exposure to other related markets has brought a diversity that has helped grow and enhance his knowledge and experience.
