
Cramer was named President of LAI International in 2003, promoted from the position of Vice President of Business Development and Engineering. He previously held the position of Director of Aerospace Products after joining LAI International in 1999. In addition to his experience in business development, product management, and sales and marketing, Cramer has more than 16 years of experience in the design, analysis and manufacture of high-performance aerospace structures. He was a program manager on the Joint Strike Fighter Project with Northrop Grumman Corporation, El Segundo, Calif. Cramer has a master's degree in structural mechanics from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Arizona. Cramer is a member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Association for Corporate Growth. He is an Editorial Advisory board member of Forming & Fabricating Magazine.

Caliendo was named Chief Financial Officer of LAI International in 2008, and held the same position at Rich Technology International, now an LAI International company. Caliendo joined RTI in 1999, holding the top financial position for the company while also serving as the Chief Operating Officer for two years during a crucial time of change for the company in 2001-02. In addition, he spent two years at a 24-employee, clothing manufacturer, running the accounting, information technology and operations departments. He has 15 years of experience in large, international, high-tech manufacturing businesses with progressive experience in accounting, finance and management. He was the Manufacturing Controller for Orion Research, part of Analytical Technologies International, Boston, when the company was sold to Thermo Electron. He was Cost Accounting Supervisor at Electronics Corporation of America, Boston, when the company was sold to Allen-Bradley. He holds a bachelorʼs of science degree in management studies from Boston University, a certificate in accountancy from Bentley College, Waltham, Mass., and an APICS MRP certification.

Rogers was named Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of LAI International in 2010. He has held various management positions at LAI International, including Vice President of Operations for LAI International, Plant Manager of LAI Southwest and Project Manager. Rogers has more than 25 years of manufacturing and program management experience in both large, publicly owned corporations as well as small, privately owned companies. He has extensive manufacturing management experience ranging from high-volume, low-cost commodity products to complex, custom assemblies for military and aerospace applications. Rogers has held manufacturing operations management positions with Microsemi Corporation, Kulicke & Soffa, and Motorola. Rogers earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Rhode Island and pursued graduate studies at Arizona State University and the Thunderbird School of International Management. He is a graduate of the Motorola Executive Institute.

Dodge was named Vice President of Strategic Markets and Products in 2009. He has served in various roles at LAI, including Director of Strategic Programs, Director of Power Generation Products and Sales Engineer, positions in which he acted as the focal point for the development of LAI’s Advanced Abrasive Waterjet Drill-to-Flow ProcessTM and expansion of its Advanced Hole-Drilling Production Center, used in leading-technology applications in advanced power generation and aerospace products. He also has served as Product Development Manager at Rich Technology International, Scarborough, Maine, a company acquired by LAI in 2007. He has 14 years of experience in strategic product development at custom manufacturing companies across the United States, including launching the contract manufacturing division of Millerbernd Design and Fabrication, Winsted, Minn. Dodge is a member of the Power-Gen International Program Committee.

Corrao was named CIO of LAI International in 2008, promoted from the
position of Information Systems Manager of Rich Technology
International, an LAI International company. Corrao joined RTI in 1997
as Materials and Information Systems Manager. He has
extensive experience in operations management and best practices,
utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Prior to joining LAI,
Corrao served as Master Scheduler and Project Engineer at Textron
Lycoming before moving on to designing and implementing ERP systems for
CAMM, Inc. Corrao holds a bachelor's of science degree in operations
management and business administration from Western Connecticut State
University’s Ancell School of Business.

Costas was named in 2010 as Vice President of Program Management for
LAI International and Site Leader for Rich Technology
International, an LAI International company, Scarborough,
Maine. She has served as Plant Manager of Rich Technology
International. Costas, a native of East Windsor, Conn., has more than
20 years of experience in engineering, program management and
production management with products for aerospace, power generation,
research and
development, and industrial markets. She was Senior Program
Manager at Pratt & Whitney, East
Hartford, Conn., for the PurePower PW1000G Program, in which she was
responsible for product line management and service readiness. She
was Customer Support Engineering Manager
for the F100 engine family, which powers the U.S. Air Force F-15 and
F-16 jet fighter worldwide fleet at Pratt & Whitney. Her prior
experience includes controls and externals discipline chief for
the C-117, JSF, F-15/F-16 and Raptor Engine fleets, Project Manager of
the SRAM II and Apache helicopter flight control systems and extensive
project and micro-circuit design. Costas has earned a bachelor’s
of science degree in electrical
engineering technology from the University of Hartford. She has
received accreditation as president of the Certified Accident
Investigation Board from the U.S. Air Force and is a member of the
Society of Women Engineers and Woman in Aviation International.

Miller was named in 2010 as Vice President of Sales for LAI International and Site Leader at LAI East, Westminster, Md., a division of LAI International and LAI's first production facility, which was established in 1979. She has held the position of Plant Manager of LAI East for several years. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and program management and has held a number of positions at LAI, ranging from those in sales, customer service and business development to those in project management and operations management. Miller has extensive experience in the management of accounts in diverse industries, ranging from those in aviation, aerospace and electronics to industrial markets, power generation and armor production. Miller is a member of the Maryland World Class Manufacturing Consortium.

Bailey was named in 2010 Vice President of Continuous Improvement
for LAI International and Site Leader, LAI Midwest, Minneapolis, Minn.
He had been Plant Manager of LAI Midwest, a division of LAI
International, since 2005. Bailey brings 25 years of progressive
supply
chain experience to LAI, holding positions of Project Manager
for Rollerblade, Minneapolis; Materials Manager
for Kavouras, Burnsville, Minn.; Master Scheduler for a global
electronics firm; Director of Global Continuous Improvement for
Entegris, Inc., Minneapolis; and Vice President of Operations for
Streamfeeder LLC, Minneapolis. Bailey has served as the Chairperson for
SCOR-Lean-Six Sigma SIG, Minneapolis, and has spoken at national
conferences on lean processes. He is a guest teacher for employer
training in continuous improvement strategies for Minnesota companies.
He is a long-standing member of American Production and Inventory
Control Society, Purchasing Professionals Society
and International Society of Six Sigma Professionals. Bailey has a
bachelor's degree in business management from San Diego State
University.

Wagner was named in 2010 as Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence and Site Leader, LAI Southwest Operations for Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz. He joined LAI International as Plant Manager of the LAI Southwest facility, Phoenix, Ariz., in 2006, and took on responsibility for managing LAI Southwestern Laser, Tucson, Ariz., in 2007. Prior to joining LAI, Wagner spent 25 years holding numerous executive positions in the tier-1 and tier-2 automotive industry. Those positions included Engineering Manager with Superior Die Set Corp., Cleveland, Ohio; Engineering Manager, V.P. of Engineering and President, Lexington Precision Corp., Jamestown, N.Y.; and V.P. of Operations, Triumph Corp., Tempe, Ariz. He has extensive experience in program and project management, lean manufacturing and business and operations management. While pursuing engineering and business management degrees at Jamestown Community College, Jamestown, N.Y., and Alliance College, Wagner was certified by the State of New York as a Journeyman Mold Maker. He is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the International Magnesium Association and the North American Die Cast Association.
