Precision vision systems offer exact registration from features, cross hair or any defined edge. Tooling department supports operations with quick, effective, and usually simple tooling. Portable CNC controllers permit rapid adaptation and insure zero down time.

High-volume cutting
While most laser cutting houses cut with only one head, LAI high speed positioning and multiple head capabilities provide the lowest possible price because we can process up to six parts at one.
Cylindrical cutting
We can cut round or square tubing, from .020" to 24" diameter and to 20' in length. LAI has multiple tumblers for in-house parts finishing. We offer burr-free cutting, and our six axis rotary tube center will automatically index and cut to length.
