LAI has an engineering staff trained in the application of Unigraphics CAD, Valisys Inspection and Vericut CAM software. Our talented team of engineers and process technicians can create models and dimensional prints of your products. LAI has developed a complete nationwide engineering department with experience in broad engineering disciplines of design, mechanical and manufacturing engineering.

Engineering staff members with four-year university degrees are involved in developing, designing and testing LAI's innovative equipment upgrades and processes. Staff engineers develop specialties relating to structures, hydraulics, motion control, thermodynamics, acoustics and control systems, materials, tooling and manufacturing systems.

Our automated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) combined with Unigraphics and Valisys software enable us to inspect three-dimensional parts and surfaces using only electronic data. This technology allows us to map, process and inspect hardware for a cost-effective solution.
